Blue Star Carpet Cleaning & Upholstery Care was established in 2004 by Riley Fugitt, also known as "Smiley Riley".

He started with a portable shampooer in the back of his car. After years of hard work, he was able to expand and upgrade to better truck-mounted equipment.

He spent endless hours putting smiles on peoples faces while delivering the deepest cleaning in Albany, Oregon and the surrounding areas.

In March of 2014 Rex Watkins, a long-time, satisfied customer and the owner of Northwest Investment Management, Inc. purchased Blue Star Carpet Cleaning.

Since Mr. Watkins has purchased Blue Star Carpet Cleaning, he has ensured the continued quality of the company by investing in the most advanced state-of-the-art truck-mounted carpet cleaning system.
